1. Warranty conditions
The product is warranted free of charge if all of the following conditions are met:
- Products on the list of warranties from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
- Product has a technical defect by the Manufacturer.
- The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid.
- Warranty card is still intact, not patched, not erased, repaired or smeared.
- Warranty card with full information: product code, serial number, manufacturing date, customer name, address, date of purchase (for products not applicable electronic warranty).
- Warranty stamps and sealing stamps (if any) of manufacturers on intact products.
The product is not warranted or will incur a warranty fee if it falls into one of the following cases:
- Products are not on the list of warranties from the manufacturer or distributor.
- Product does not meet one of the conditions of warranty in item 1.
- Serial number, product model do not match with warranty card.
- Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair products or repair at warranty centers not authorized by the Manufacturer.
- Product damage is caused by user error, and the failure is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- In case of incurred warranty fees, our customer service staff will advise customers fully before conducting warranty procedures.
2. Warranty period:
Warranty 12 months, counting from the date of buying a new device if the problem is caused by a technical problem of the manufacturer.
3. Warranty location
Warranty location is listed in the warranty card attached to the product. Please contact the Service Provider / Distributor directly with the information on the warranty card.
Customer care support will guide customers how to visit the outside warranty centers of the Manufacturer, Distributor participating in the system of product and service warranty. All information of the Member Supplier is recorded on the delivery receipt / invoice attached to the box.

4. Warranty implementation period
In all cases, the warranty period depends on the warranty policy and / or availability of replacement devices / products of the Service Center and will be notified to you in a timely manner. Warranty Center points to receive products for warranty in case you bring the product to the Service Center by yourself; or as soon as we receive notice of the warranty period in case you perform product warranty.
In no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage occurring if you do not follow the instructions in this Warranty Policy.
